I know it's seven weeks for a vaginal birth but what about a csection ?

My doctor said 8 weeks because I had such a rough time (4 day labor). The normal time is 6 weeks though. I had s-e-x the exact  6 weeks mark and it hurt inside pretty bad, but was do-able.

I personally had sex 2 weeks after my c section. I know it was way earlier than what the docs said. They said to wait for the clear at my 6week post check up. I didn't wait. I didn't have any problems having sex that early. I don't recommend it though since everybody is different especially healing wise.

I've had 2, my doctor did the PP check up at 6 weeks and I was good to go then, each doctor is different, but usually at 6 weeks after the PP check

I thought it was double the time with a csection?

6, you may feel better and the outside healed, doesn't mean the inside is, definitely wait it out if you can
