So i been having sexual intercourse last night was intense , i woke up with abdominal cramps is that normal?
Yes! That's normal. It happens to me also it just mean you prob doing it rough lol. There is nothing to worry about in my opinion if your only doing this with your boyfriend or husband. If your having intercourse with different partners check with your gyno just to make sure!! But there shouldn't be anything to worry about.
