Sharp pain?

I'm 11 weeks and every time I sneeze a sharp pain shoots across my lower abdomen. It happens when I cough too but not as bad. Any other time I have no problems and this didn't start happening until a week or so ago. Does anyone know why this is happening or if it's normal?

Okay thank you :) I was just worried because it hurt so bad. I feel better now.

It sounds like round ligament pain. RLP is normal, it's due to your uterus/ligaments/muscles stretching. You might find that you'll get it if you turn over in bed or if you stand/sit up too quickly. It's completely normal :) I'm 19 weeks and have had it since 10 weeks

That happens to me still, I was told it's what holds the uterus in place stretching. Uncomfortably painful. :P

The same thing happened to me. It stopped around week 15.
