Should i get looked at??

ok.... im a little paranoid with this pregnancy because everything about it is completely different then my first pregnancy.
i just want to know whether i should go to the hospital to be looked at or not. my doctor is on holidays until next week, so i cant go see him.
The last couple of days ive been having such bad back pain, upper and lower. ive felt ALOT of stretching in my lower tummy area and the baby has been moving non stop. my feet are soooo swollen that they are overflowing in my shoes and my fingers so swollen that its awkward when i write.  Last night i was woken up from the baby moving around so much. this has never happened before. i was peeing almost every hour, and i could not lay on my left or right sides, as the baby would move so much it would hurt, so i had to lay on my back with one side slightly propped up. i feel "weird" this morning, and i think ive dropped quite a bit over night. no one else has noticed but im wearing looser clothes today then usual. what should i do? should i wait until next week?  or should i go to the hospital?

I'm almost 34w and when I lay on my left side the baby kicks the crud out of me so hard it hurts. My feet swell and my back hurts off and on. this morning and yesterday my frontal girl area was hurting badly. I can only think that TJ either droppd or my pelvis is spreading....

I am 33 weeks as well and it all sounds normal to me. When I am laying on my side I notice that the baby kicks me more especially when I lay on my right side that sometimes I just got to be on my back. My back hurts me every now and then so far this week has been good.  I have thoughs days where I feel like I live in the washroom I go all the time I've even wore an adult diaper just because I was tried of going to the washroom all the time. If you doctors appointment is coming up I would wait and talk to your doctor.

It all sounds pretty normal to me.... I am 32 weeks and having some of the same symptoms. My back is completely out of wack and hurts SO bad about 95% of the time. My baby's movements often hurt, especially at night while I'm trying to sleep (of course!), and he wakes me up often. I constantly feel the need to pee and have recently been experiencing tiny "leakage" (tmi I know...) when I laugh or cough. It's really annoying. My swollen feet prevent me from wearing anything but flip-flops, I feel like everyone is staring at my enormous feet & ankles. Be sure to keep an eye on your swelling though, as severe swelling (particularly in the face, according to my doctor) can be a sign of a blood pressure problem. Moderate swelling is normal though and you'll know if it's too much. If you continue to feel the same, not worse, I'd wait it out until your next appointment. But if your gut tells you to give your doctor a call, I'd do it. Most likely it's just part of the "joys" of late pregnancy though....
