Pain in your shoulders can also be from your gall bladder. I would let your doctor know if you have any increase in heartburn, nausea, or abdominal pain. I do know that I"ve had some different pains since being pregnant. My neurosurgeon warned me about sciatic pain in the second trimester. Maybe baby is just high up and pushing on a nerve going to your upper back/shoulder area. You could've pulled something too.
i've had sore shoulders too. most days.
i was told ages ago that pregnancy can cause discomfort and pain in the kidneys...something to do with tubes kinking. if i remember rightly, i was pretty early on in pregnancy when the midwife told me that
i talked to my mom about it and she said baby could be lying on a nerve, but would the baby already be putting that much pressure on a nerve at only 13 weeks and 2 days???
I've havent have shoulder pain, but I dis have savear pain in the kidney area. They did u/s for kidney stones, and it was all fine besides that tube that connects kidney was enlarged - doctor said that most likely it's due to baby leaning on my back. I started sleeping on the floor and air matteress and it helped, pain slowly went away - I am back to my bad now.
Pregnant women get so many pains and there is no cure for most of them.
I've been advised to drink a lot of water to clear my system...
I think if your pain is really bad you shoul call nurse on call or doc on call in your doc's office.
it's right shoulder pain for pre clampsia. i think it's due to pregnancy as i have a lot more aches and pains too.
