i would like to know
have any of you been pregnancy and it makes it hard to breathe or move and aways sleepy if so what did you do to stop the pain
I lose breath after walking up stairs and sometimes just sitting. But its nonstop moving while I'm sleeping. But pains for me only poisons I really get is in my breast.
Only at the end of pregnancy I had troubles breathing. Babies size pushed on my stomach and lungs and made everything uncomfortable. Best thing I was able to do was stretch out or when I sat, I positioned myself so that my torso was stretched out and it took some of the pressure off. How far along are you?
