Sleep aids?

Its not only hard getting to sleep but staying asleep as well because of cramping which I'm assuming is braxton hicks, but is tylenol pm safe to take? Is there any other options?

My doctor prescribed me Ambien at 13 weeks. All the over the counter stuff hypes me up. I took Ambien with our first son, and he is perfectly fine. If i didn't take ambien, i would be lucky to sleep an hour

Yes its okay to take Tylenol pm its in my list of safe medications but if your not in any kind of pain i recommend unisom

Id call the doc and ask about Tylenol pm bc it just had a recall I'm pretty sure

I havent heard if it is safe or not.  Probly is bc you are allowed to take tylenol and benadryl and i think whats in the PM stuff is the same as whats in benadryl

I take benadryl because it helps me sleep and I get terrible cramps in my legs. Just take one it'll help aton
