Sleep issues

Has anyone experienced stress related nightmares during there pregnancy? I've been having awful dreams and waking up sweating, shaking and hyperventilating and its very hard to fall back to sleep because I'm so hyped up, anyone experienced this!?

Lol I get them bad everytime I fall asleep earlier I had a dream my grandma was torching me and was really freaked out wen she woke me up

I was once terrified to close my eyes my nightmares got so bad, then they just stopped and have now became such weird/funny/awkward.

Lord yes! And they are awful and terrible...and random. It's all stuff that would never happen in a million years but it is so upsetting I don't want to go back to bed.

I've been having nightmares as well. I'm getting to the point where I am afraid to fall asleep at night just because the dreams feel so real.

I had nightmares real bad and hard a hard time falling asleep, I asked my OB about it and he told me to take tynoyl pm before bed and it helps me sooo much
