Sleeping Tips, Help!

Hey ladies. I'm currently 6 weeks and 4 days. For the past 3 nights I have not been sleeping during the night. It's horrible. I'm forever tossing and turning, and just cannot sleep. I've tried a shower before bed thinking it would help but it did nothing. Anyone going through this or have gone thru it. I need tips! I love my sleep at night and lately it just isn't working. :/

Definitely a body pillow will do the trick, I know they can be pricey, but you will get a good night's sleep. You can use it as a breastfeeding pillow after the baby is born! Sweet dreams!

Body pillows work wonders! I live by them. Also, I have this app called Relax Melodies, you can create your own background music basically. It puts me to sleep in literally 10-15 mins. Not sure if rain sounds would put you to sleep or not but they have other sounds.

I'm the same way... I'm a single mom with two kids in grade school.  I have to wake them up at 6am every morning for school,  the problem with me is that I normally don't or can't fall asleep until like 4 am.  Then i sleep all morning looking sometimes until1-130 in the afternoon... I'm not sure what's going on either but i wish it would change

I'm having the same problem right now. I keep tossing and turning. But what seems to help me is sleeping with a lot of pillows. Especially a long one or two in front should help. One between your legs and one to hold onto. I only have 7 days left & seems like I toss and turn more and more :/ plus my baby is big & I'm very small. Good luck
