Sleeping pills?
I've been going through a really rough time and I feel myself falling into depression. I cant sleep and its not due to the pregnancy. I'm use to always sleeping with someone and I dont get to sleep with them anymore. Do u think a dr would prescribe me something? I'm so tired! I just want one good nights sleep
I heard it's safe to take Benadryl while PG my sisters doc told her that it was ok that she took that but I would still talk to your doc before you take any kind if meds
