Well, if you are unsure of the position like I am, you can ask. I feel like she moves in all kinds of positions, and I have no idea if its her butt or head that lumps up by my ribs. Even then, she kicks me so hard by my bladder and it does hurt, but even if I'm extremely uncomfortable, something about leaning and laying on my right side makes all the pain and uncomfortableness go away, and sometimes even the urge to pee

People and doctors tell you to sleep on the left side, I'm 36 weeks and I can only sleep on my right side with a body pillow between my legs. Its just that the left side is so uncomfortable, and the body pillow lets me prop up my legs just a little, and it also allows me to sleep wayyyyy longer than just a few hours.

Sleep in a way that's comfortable to you. Most doctors recommend sleeping on your left side as much as possible because it promotes better blood flow. But sleeping on your right side or back isn't necessarily bad. I personally prefer to sleep propped up since about 35 weeks. Baby is crammed into my ribs and it hurts to lay on my sides. Just do what's comfy for you.

The best position to sleep in is on your left side it helps oxygen flow. Back sleeping isn't good because then the baby can start pushing on your sciatic nerve and cause you a lot of pain and problems.
