Sleeping sitting up?

I've been sleeping sitting up recently because I dont wake up in pain and I dont have hearburn at night. I sleep on the couch with my back against the arm with pillows behind my back, my legs outstreched across the other seats and i use the back of the couch for my head. For me this is the most comfortable way to sleep but is this safe for baby? I've been starting to wonder if this is just as bad as sleeping on your back. I'm 23 weeks btw.

It is fine. My doctor suggested it to me since sleeping on my side causes sciatica and doesn't help with acid reflux.

I'm pretty sure it's safe. laying on your back is not good but sitting up is different. tons of pregnant women have to sleep like that and they're okay! ask your doc if you're too worried.

I would always slept like that with both my pregnancies , it was the only comfortable position to sleep in for me but I slept like that on my bed not the couch.
