Sleeping troubles

I read something on the internet that mentioned you shouldn't sleep flat on your back, after reading that I been trying really hard to avoid laying on my back. Is it okay to lay on your back? I know you shouldn't believe everything you read on the internet... I'm 21 weeks on Dec. 4th.

It's not recommended just because the pressure of the baby and placenta can put stress on a major artery supplying blood to the baby. I would double check what gestation though that this is recommended. Generally though as you get bigger laying on your back isn't comfortable anyway.
