Small clot/slight bleed around placenta

I went to doctors because I kept having lower back pain and a little cramping and they decided to do an ultrasound and they found a small blood clot and slight bleed around placenta has anyone else ever this and has it been a good outcome? Im concerned my doctor didn't really explain just told me not sexual intercourse and no lifting more than 25anything pounds

it is quite common in early pregnancy, and his advice to take it easy it right, in the hope that the clott will disolve and the placenta reattaches itself, good luck
