Hiya im 33 weeks... im having this problem. Strangely i have no problem taking a nap in the day and then feel shattered all day moment bedtime comes thats it im wide awake... try not drinking tea or coffee if u do and maybe try horlicks etc... tbh nothing has worked 4 me. I feel for you, had this with my first, nothing helped, but this might sound weird but the way I got rid of it is I put ear plugs in, that solved it, I know your probly thinking how and tbh I'm the same but wearing earplugs made me sleep just try it xx
Try some chamomile tea an hour or so before bed, limit liquids before bed as well. I know that would make me feel like getting up to pee.
No electronics 2 hours before bed, it really disrupts your system. That's my bad habit.
Since I had a really bad allergic reaction, benadryl put me to sleep, though I try to limit any medicine intake.
If it's positioning, more pillows, ie between the legs, one to hug, one at your back really helps too
