Try some chamomile tea an hour or so before bed, limit liquids before bed as well. I know that would make me feel like getting up to pee.
No electronics 2 hours before bed, it really disrupts your system. That's my bad habit.
Since I had a really bad allergic reaction, benadryl put me to sleep, though I try to limit any medicine intake.
If it's positioning, more pillows, ie between the legs, one to hug, one at your back really helps too
I feel for you, had this with my first, nothing helped, but this might sound weird but the way I got rid of it is I put ear plugs in, that solved it, I know your probly thinking how and tbh I'm the same but wearing earplugs made me sleep just try it xx
Hiya im 33 weeks... im having this problem. Strangely i have no problem taking a nap in the day and then feel shattered all day moment bedtime comes thats it im wide awake... try not drinking tea or coffee if u do and maybe try horlicks etc... tbh nothing has worked 4 me. Goodluck and let me no if u find any fix xx
