sooo confused

Okay so the last time I went to my dr I was 30 and 1/2 weeks and had only gained 11lbs, I had been sitting at the same weight for approx. 3 weeks. I went to my dr today ( I am 32 weeks and 4 days ) and since my last visit I have gained 10 lbs making my total gain 21 lbs.....I want to know how the heck I put on 10 lbs in 2 weeks.
I have been eating healthier, cut down on the junk food, rarely drink soda. The only thing new I have done is drink lots of water the past few days because I have been at an outdoor music festival and it's been like 90 out every day. I asked the dr if it could be water weight but she said I would have more swelling if it was... can't you have water weight without swelling??
I guess I am just confused and want to know if any other ladies had such a weight jump during their pregnancy

According to my husband who is a workout aholic you def can have water weight without swelling and you could be holding more fluid by baby
