Someone Please Help? :(

Do any of you ladies know any good remedies for pregnancy acne? Mine is getting so bad and it's driving me nuts! I have never struggled with acne in my life and now I am breaking out all over. It's seriously horrible. I wash my face every day and wear all natural mineral makeup, wash all make up off my face before bed too and nothing is helping. Please help! What works for you?

I use St. Ives apricot face scrub too! It used to do wonders and now it doesn't do anything. :( I feel so gross if I don't wear makeup, especially to work. I wear limited amounts and only when I'm out of the house. Now that I have it, any remedies to get rid of it quickly? It sounds weird but I've heart spot treatment with toothpaste and rubbing alcohol too, but idk about all that lol.

Mine is really broken out too. I drink a TON of water, wash it everyday and keep it out of my face. I only have two weeks left so I just accepted it. Acne is a part of pregnancy,  no one is going to judge you for it. And I don't have to look good for anyone but my fiance and he thinks I'm beautiful either way, or I wouldn't be with him.

Lots of water. I even stopped wearing makeup regardless if its lightweight or not. Sunlight. And even having my hair out of my face. Sure I get a few here and there but not so much. Oh and I use st ives face scrub. Let your skin breathe as much as you can!!
