Yea same here^^ my tricks usually wrk but hasnt this time.. i drink only water n sleep plently so im not understanding.. then i think it may b from no caffine no more
Try also to sleep with less pillows I suffer from migraines too and sometimes sleeping to much in a certain position or to many pillows would cause me to wake up with a headache also a lot of sugar causes me to have them too but u should talk to ur dr about this..
I have had a migrane for the past 3 days. If your pregnant only thing you can take id tynenol, and drink plenty of water. Like the above poster said sleep, and go into a quiet dark room. Just today my headache finally eased up. But I have had migranes way before being pregnant but it seems with the increase in hormones they have gotten worse.
m 13+3.. n all that helps n i sleep alot like 12 hrs a night but it still cums bak.. i dont wanna keep taking tylenol ... n i just moved to a different state so no new doc yet
Are you pregnant? If so, how far along. Have you spoken to your doctor? There are various natural ways you can try to help it such as steam baths, dark rooms, plenty of sleep, etc etc.
