My body doesnt naturally ovulate, finished taking 50mg Clomid 4dys ago. I am experiencing miner ovarian pain (cramps) thats a good sign I never felt this before not even from AF. I was curios is their any vitamins I can possibly take to help my body ovulate? cervical mucus ect develop healthier? Currently not taking anything.

I have some really good websites on some herbal remedies that help with ovulating, as well as can help prevent MC once your pregnant.

You can get it at any drug store over the counter in the supplements section. Yes, I realize you are using the clomid to help you ovulate. Perhaps you know how long you cycle is and can take it the first half? If you take it a few days past ovulation, it won't hurt anything. The EPO can give you that eggy white CM you hear about when you DO ovulate. It could give you the good CM and tell you when you ovulate. :)

I took Evening Primrose Oil(EPO) for cervical mucus from the first day of my period until I sensed ovulation each cycle. You are NOT supposed to take it after ovulation. You can switch to a flax seed oil for the second half of your cycle. EPO does increase your cm. As a bonus, it helps with PMS. You can take from 1000mg-3000mg a day. Also, drink LOTS of water.

Good Luck to you!

B vitamins, vitamin D, iron, zinc have all been linked to increased fertility, especially in women with ovulation troubles.  I would suggest taking a daily prenatal vitamin, which have many of the good nutrients, if you haven't started already.  Baby dust to you!
