I heard that its unsafe to eat raw foods pregnant but is there any kinds of sushi that's safe for me to eat??

I've been wondering the same thing, are vegi rolls safe?

Yes! There's alot! I eat it all the time. Any tempura rolls mean they are fried. Usually the menu will mark the ones that are raw with an asterisk. Or sometimes they will even have a section on the menu that are just all cooked rolls. Spider rolls are fried soft shell crab. And California rolls don't have have real raw fish in them, the crab is just imitation crab meat which is already cooked.

Try tge deep fried sushi, dynamite rolls... they're somewhat cooked, but I'd be careful about what's in them
