Swelling in one leg? 28weeks...

I'm a couple days shy of being 28weeks.. Past couple days my feet have been hurting alot and I have not even been on them.. Today my left leg is hurting like cramping? And its a little swollen... My calf and ankle are.. But its just Mt left leg. I know swelling happens in pregnancy I didnt get it with my daughter though.. My leg is not hot I feel fine.. I'm just getting a cramp aching feeling in my left calf and my calf and ankle are a little bit swollen.. Is it normal for just one leg? Just curious on if anyone's had similar thing...

I Called My DR, And His Assistant Just Told Me To Monitor My Blood Pressure And Drink Water? >:(
I Drink At Least 40oz-70oz Of Water A Day. I Have NOT Been On My Feet Today And Again My Left Calf Is Cramping... Its Not Swelling Up At The Moment But I Feel Like It Is , Cause The Cramps Feeling Comes Then It Starts To Swell.. Its Not Dramatically But You Can Tell A Little Difference.

Yes, call your doctor for sure.  that's considered a doctor moment.  However, I had ONE totally swollen foot and lower leg when I was on vacation and pregnant with my first.  Very strange and we never could determine why.  It righted itself.  But you need to touch base with your doc about this!  Come back and tell us what happened!

I would call your doc in the morning.  Swelling in just one leg can sometimes indicate a clot,  and you might want to get checked out.
