Swelling

Hi I'm 30wks and my feet and hands are always swollen I know your feet suppose to swell but your hands I never heard of. Does anyone else hands swell.

I lowered my salt intake with my first pregnancy because I thought that would help, but it didn't. I gained 25lbs of water weight during it my whole body would swell, it was terrible, people used to tell me to lay down and put my feet up, but that never helped because it was so bad. The only time I had relief was if I was sleeping...

I understand mine did almost the whole pregnancy but my dr said as long as your blood pressure was ok there was no need to worry just need to elevat as much as you can I always had 2 pillows under my feet and my head and my hands above my head

I have not had that problem all pregnancy hands or feet thank goodness but if you are eating salt that will make you swell so if you are try and stay away from it and it should help
