Yes. I am 3months pregnant now and when they took serum/blood test on me it came back negative. I met a doctor who told me why but it's way to much to type here. I experienced it with this pregnancy and my almost 4year old.
Rarely. Unless you're very early on and it could come out negative. But your blood tests are alot more accurate than your average Home Pregnancy test.
