I was induced 3 weeks ago at 4am. Contractions were so close and painful. I started pushing by 5am and had my daughter at 5:49am. I was pushing for 49 min and was only in labor for a hour and 49 mins. I also didn't get any pain medication. Good luck momma!

I was induced at 39 weeks. I had a IV drip started at 10 in the morning, I wasn't allowed to eat anything and wasn't allowed out of bed. Try to move around as much as possible/walk if you are allowed. I got bad back labor and my waters were finally broken at 8:30 pm by my midwife as I said I didn't want to keep going how I was going (hopint it would happen with the meds) and thank god she did. I was fully dilated at 10pm and pushed for 30 mins and she was out! All the best :)

if your baby is overweight he/she may not fit through the birth canal and you may end up having a c section.

that was my case, i was induced and labored for 18 hours and ended up having to have a c section because my babay boy just wouldnt fit. he was born 10 1/2 lbs

Yes you can walk around as long as you dont have something restricting you from doing so(ex: epidural)...they wouldnt let me eat anything but jello, poopsicles, and ice :/ i suggest eating a good meal a few hours before you go.

I had induction at 39 weeks with my son. I was in hard labor after they broke my water for about 6 hours. I pushed for about 5 minutes and he was born. I didn't take any pain meds.  Good luck! !!
