TMI, SORRY

Anyone emse experience or know the cause, the past 2 weeks I either don't go to the bathroom (#2) for days, then I go & it's rock hard & huge,  or when I do its diarrhea & I have it for 2 or 3 days. It's annoying, I mean I take Mirilax but when I'm having diarrhea I don't want to be taking laxatives so I stop. Any ideas on causes & cures?

I had the same issue and my doctor told me it was from my prenatel vitamins also. He just had me switch to just folic acid pill instead of the whole prenatel vitamin. It helped alot.

That's exactly what was happening to me. The reason is the prenatal pills, if you're taking any. I used to take my prenatal pills during the day or in the morning and I would always be constipated or have diarrhea, it was never normal. Until one of ny friends told me to take my prenatal pills before going to sleep. This helps, now I go to the restroom regularly and comfortably. Hope this helps.

My doctor told me that laxatives are not to be taken during pregnancy :-s

I cnt really b of help but it's normal for me to not go every day. Only every few days......try drinking lots if water so it's not so hard. The loose stools is prob frm the miralax
