TMI- really stupid question but have to ask.

LOL so this is a HORRIBLE question but I am asking it anyways because I wonder and don't really know what to google for a quick answer.  So I don't always have the luck of achieving the BIG O while DTD.  I do know that after ejactulation, a female O causes contractions that help "suck" in the sperm...well I am not much into manually achieving an O however...I do have a toy that vibrates.  Oh seriously as I type this I am like I should just delete this..BUT  if I use it after DTD could the vibration mess with the little swimmers?? I can't help feel like it would damage them. CD14 and Ovulation will be here soon and I want to do everything I can!

Hi Renee I hope this helps you chicky,

My Hubby and i have been together for 13 years now, we started our family when we were 18,we have been pregnant 5 times, we have 3 gorgeous girls still with us our 2nd Daughter my Darling Angel died at 4 months 3 weeks to SIDS, and last week age 30 we had a miscarriagae, I never orgasm durring penetrating sex and manage to fall pregnant easily, i have been obsessed with conception and pregnancy this past week since my mc and have found out that an orgasm is only usefull for conception if you are trying to have a boy as the sperm for boys are slow swimmers and need the contractions from your big O to get there before they die off, the female swimmers are fast and need no contracting to get to their destination. hope this helps you, It is 13 days since we miscarried at 7 weeks no D & C done it naturally i'm still spotting every 2nd day once a day and dying for it to stop so we can start ttc again i did a hpt today and it came up positive very faint though so since my hubby and i have only dtd 2 nights ago & he pulled out it has to be the HCG in my system still, i just want the HCG to hurry up and get out of my system.

I say don't worry about the toys so much and just put a pillow under your hips and sit still for 15/20 min or so! - it helped me get pregnant!  Good luck.

I don't think it would affect it BUT you could always reach the big "O" with your toy (or husband's help :D) before DTD....your uterus would still be contracting lightly during the deed...that's how DH and I usually go (sorry tmi). It also makes it so we don't need artificial lube of any sort.

I dont think it will effect anything. Saying that I have the same problem as you. I have never gotten pregnant after achieving the big"O" Except with my DD. Maybe thats why I finally got a girl, out of 4 babies  lol:-) Good luck! Baby Dust!!

Sorry, didn't answer...I'm actually not sure if it will hurt them or not..but I've been doing lots of research the last year almost, and it doesn't seem to matter much if you O or not, if you put a pillow under your hips, position, etc...

Don't feel dumb for asking, it's actually a good question. I've never had an o just having sex. DH and I just bought two little toys that vibrate for external stimulation...I got them not just so I could have an o but so it would help with TTC.

hmm I don't think it would damage them. I also don't think you have to orgasm in order to get pregnant. I got pregnant with twins only trying for 10 days and never once orgasmed during those ten days lol.
