TTC but irregular periods

I've had my nuvaring out since the end of January and since had very irregular periods, before the nuva i was not irregular. it's been 4 months and im not pregnant, woundering if the periods being irregular is why, what i can do and if i'll ever be able to concieve :-(. Please help!!

Usually once you stop using birth control for TTC, it is suggested to give yourself a year for cycles to become regular again. Not every woman goes through this however. But for some women, their body become so dependent of the birth control that it takes awhile to bounce back. This is all normal and no reason to worry. I suggest trying an ovulation kit. This way you will be able to keep track of your cycles and ovulation. Hope this helps! I wish you the best.
