I'm using epo now And having sex . first pregnancy I got pitocin never dilated never broke my water had to get Cesarean .

I used epo and had sex. And no you do not need to be dialated to have your water broke. With my first my water broke and I wasn't dialated at all they had to give me pitocin to make me dialte. If you are in labor and your water hasn't broken then the doctors wait till you are a certain cm to dialate
