My vent....So it's been nearly two months since i have communicated with my unborn babys father...he had the nerve to ask if he could use her for his taxes....Lol today i had a check up, he didn't ask a word about her :/ it's official i hate REALLY hate this man!
I figured that...but you know i dont hear from him and this is what is on his mind...it makes me really heated! I think id rather keep him off of the birth certificate, he wants to claim someone he doesnt even take responsibility for....what a jerk!
He can't claim her if she isn't born before the new year, so you're good! Just don't give him her social security number next year so he cannot claim her in 2014.
you cant claim an unborn child and if i was u i wouldnt put his name on the brith certificate unless u want him to pay child support
In Ohio a child must be born before January 1st to claim on taxes i don't know about anywhere else.
No you cant but he says stupid crap like that to **** me off...i think he thinks he will claim her in march when she is born
