You can also take regular sudafed.

My list my doctor gave me said I could take regular tylenol cold/sinus after I get into my second trimester. I never took much medicine before I was pregnant. You can have cough drops too if you need them.

Yeah unfortunately thereafter not many options out here for us mommies to be! If those don't work try talking to your Dr and see if he/she can prescribe you something! Good luck I hope you feel better

The only thing you can take is regular Tylenol Cold or robitussin dm other than that nope nothing else.
