Does walking really help with labor. I have 5 days left untill my due date and have pain in my pelvis are as if I rode a bike for days, haven't dialated. When I walk it hurts. Has walking worked for you guys, I really want to meet my baby already
I was 9 days over with my second baby I used a excerise ball and went out shopping everyday it worked for me but good luck with everything
It worked well with my son that and the exercise ball and warm water all 3 (lots of walking the halls) was 4hrs and ready to oush
That's what they say but I didn't have much luck with it. I think really, in all honesty, baby comes when baby is just ready. good luck sweetie. you are almost there.
