stitch fell out

I know this is a pregnancy forum but quick question to the moms who had tearing while giving birth and had to get stitches. I gave birth 3 weeks ago and had to get some stitches, well I was just going potty and wwhen I wiped I noticed some of my stiches came out. The string thingt was maybe an inch long or less so I don't know if it was just one. Anyway my question is is that normal?! Should I be concerned at all? Should I call my doc tomorrow. Thanks ladies. Any input would be amazing, kinda freakin out.

Usually they give u stitches that disolve on there own but if it fell out you should be fine  i was stitch with my son mine fell out after 3weeks also

I had a third degree tear and they said the stitches will slowly come out over time. 3 weeks sounds about right. If there's no bleeding or opening it should be okay
