nipple stimulation
Has anyone had any success with it? I want to try it but I'm not sure how long to do it for or if it'll even work.
I lost my mucus plug yesterday which I know can either mean absolutely nothing or it can mean my body is about to start getting ready so I figure it's at least worth a shot
One of my midwives said if I was dilated to 3 cm or more next week I could be admitted to birthing center and they would give me a breast pump and break my water.
She said that the pump would help start contractions. Personally I think it is like anything else if your body is ready it works but if body is not ready it don't do much.

Okay thanks! I thought it was an hour but I was looking online this morning and I found a site that said do it for 5 minutes then wait 15 minutes and repeat
