Yea. Go to er. I'm 30 weeks. And I had pneumonia. The doctors didn't tell me the first 2 weeks I had it so I ended up being hospitalized for a few weeks. There is some kind of upper respiratory infection going in this year.

Sometimes bronchitis can cause that.. But it could definitely be an intestinal problem. I say go to the ER or call the doctor on call asap.
