36 weeks today and ready to meet my little one!

I've had  some mucous come out for quite awhile, they took a test for to see if I could go into labor and it came back positive, this is my first pregnancy. Can it be possible I'll have my baby early?

I had my first at 36 wks. My water leaked slowly for over a week.. doc kept saying "that's not what's happening..you have to be urinating..that's extremely rare.. your water will gush" ... a nurse checked and found no amniotic fluid left. I was induced. it can happen. He was a little jaundiced but otherwise okay

My boy was born at 36weeks in 2014 but my waters ruptured that mourning and if i didn't have hime overnight they where going to induce me (have to have bub within 24 hours of water breaking) he was in special care for 5 days on antibiotics and was hypoglycemic and abit of jaundice. I hope i make it to term this time around. Not to much longer till you meet your little bundle of joy :)

I didn't even know they had a test like that. That is strange how 2 said you were dilated and 1 said you weren't. Did they tell you how much you dilated?

All 3 nurses said something different
2 said I was 1 cm dilated and the last one sent me home because I wasn't dilated

The did a preterm labor test? I think that's what it's called. But it came back positive and when I had went to the hospital, I had 3 nurses check me. Two said I was dilated and one sent me home because I wasn't. I have another check up on Tuesday.

What do u mean they took a test to see if you would go into labor? Usually 1st babies are always late. With my daughter I was induced at 41 weeks. I'm 37 weeks now. Are u dilated at all?

Anything is possible but hopefully baby will wait a little longer. Their digestive organs are still in prep and their lungs need more time to develop.
