Trouble sleeping

So for the past 2 or 3 weeks I can't seem to get comfortable when its time to go to sleep no matter how many pillows or different positions I try . When I finally do get comfortable my arms and hands go completely numb! Any suggestions on how to get a good nights rest ? I feel groggy all day and the kicks from the little one wake me and keep me up since I'm a light sleeper -_- lol.

Lol I'm sticking to 1. I keep telling my family they can't miss this because its a once in a lifetime opportunity. He/she will have more than enough cousins and playmates where loneliness is not an option

I bought a body pillow as soon as this started... It does nothing but take up space lol. I don't think I'll sleep comfortable again until I can lay on my stomach :(

I can never sleep either. I try put a blanket under my stomach. Some women swear by body pillows.
