Clomid---Blah!! Stories!!

So today I started clomid and it makes me feel sick and crampy, which I know it can just kinda *****. Anyways anyone here took clomid and what is ur story???? Thanks!!

Just take it easy. The first couple cycles I wad really nervous and constantly thinking about it but the third cycle I loosened up and relaxed more. Instead of thinking that a baby would be the result of our intercourse I just enjoyed myself and my husband the third time around. And that's when it happened. I wish you all the luck in the world. I'm sorry i just saw your question.  Yes it was my first round of Clomid. Next week is 12 weeks already... CRAZY

I took clomid w no symptoms and tested positive after 3 cycles. I had a mc last October so I'm nervous still about this pregnancy. I go to the doctor's Wednesday so crossing fingers for everything to go well. If you're having symptoms talk to your doctor. Good luck. Sending baby dust your way :)

I also did 3/7 plus ovidrel trigger shot this month for the first time, make me kind of crapy and anxious. But hopefuly will works

I've heard the higher the dose, the worse the symptoms get. My cousin maxed out at 150mg plus metformin, and didn't conceive. She gave up, and four years later just now got pregnant and gave birth.

I took clomid to get pregnant I started at 50 mgbut ended at 150 plus metformin and a trigger shot. I had horrible symptoms but now have a healthy 4 month old.

I took the clomid CD3-7 and I was a little on the moody side.  I snapped on a couple of people but I think I would  have snapped on them with or without the meds.      I can tell you that I did get pregnant after the first cycle.    a little ovver a week and we have our 2nd ultrasound (12 weeks) I'm excited.

Yep. My period was March 7, 2010, and I took it cd5-9. I ovulated on CD21 (which was March 28th) and then tested positive on April 6th (the day after DH's bday and 2 days after our anniversary). Anyways, it was my first cycle trying it, and it worked for me. I did notice that I had terrible breast tenderness and frequent urination, and I broke out really bad. But, I can't say as to whether it was the clomid or the pregnancy because it started a few days before my bfp.

Uhhhhhhh so u took it and got pregnant first cycle?? I have side effects I'm kinda shocked bc usually I don't but today has been kinda bad.

I took clomid (50mg CD5-9) I charted my temp because my doctor said that I would Ovulate 10 days after the last pill...so not true. I didn't ovulate until cd 21 (according to her, I would have o'd CD19). So, if you don't chart, after a few days after taking the last pill I would start bd'ing every other day or so to be safe. But, anyways, I had no side effects from it at all, which I consider to be lucky.

I went on to conceive my daughter on that first cycle. She's 10 months old now, and everything went pretty smoothly.

I had been ttc for 14 months with a m/c and then I didn't have a cycle for six months.
