how come i got pregnant?

well this is the story my boyfriend and i are expecting a baby due on august
but this is very strange because he told me that he would *** in all his
ex's but they never got pregnant including his ex girlfriend of 2 years
idk i dont get how i got pregnant and the other girls didnt get pregnant at all
is this case rare

I agree with everything the other women said. But I would like to add that some women are just more fertile and become pregnant easier than most.

I do not mean to be sarcastic but you got pregnant because you had sex.  All it takes is one time.  And just because your boyfriend hasn't gotten anyone else pregnant doesn't mean anything.  Those other girls could have been on birth control.  If you don't want another baby right away after this child is born, then I suggest birth control.  Never leave it up to your boyfriend.

The othere girls and your ex probly just didnt have sex at the right time. With my oldest childs father when we got to gether we had unprotected sex for a year and I never got pregnant Then I went on BC for 2 years.......stopped my pills and the first month we got pregnant. Its all about timing.

Any time you have unprotected sex you have a 25% chance of getting pregnant.  

The fact his other GFs did not get pregnant has nothing to do with your ability to get pregnant - they could have been on birth control or had a medical problem that prevented them from getting pregnant.

Because you had sex right around the time your body was ovulating...during a woman's monthly cycle, she has her period...about halfway between the beginning of her period and the beginning of her next period, her ovaries release an egg into her fallopian tubes. This is ovulation. after this, the egg travels down the tube into the uterus. if the egg does not meet a sperm during this period of time (usually over 1-3 days in the middle of your monthly cycle), a phase will begin called a "luteul phase" during which your body will prepare to shed the unfertilized egg...that is what your period is. it's the body shedding the unfertilized egg. if you had sex during the time of the month when an egg was released into your uterus, that is why you got pregnant. Most likely your boyfriend got very lucky that he did not impregnate his ex-girlfriends before, because it's very hard to predict exactly when a woman is fertile (i.e. has the highest chance of getting pregnant) and after the baby is born you will need to use protection in order not to get pregnant again until you are ready.

I hope this helps you....no your case is not rare. plenty of young couples are careless because they've "never gotten pregnant before" but all it takes is one time, and one sperm.
