Tylenol??
I am sure it's been asked before but I really don't want to go searching!
How much Tylenol is safe to take in one day? I have a killer headache today and I have had it since I woke up at 6am, and it is now 3pm. I have taken 2 Tylenol and wondering if it would be bad to take another? I don't usually take Tylenol or anything else while I'm pregnant, but today I am desperate!!

good to know, thank you, you are a god send! lol ive tried a cool & warm cloth, but it doesnt seem to work. ill try another dose of tylenol though! thanks again!
it is totally safe to take another dosage. you do not want to exceeded the recommended total dosage on the label. do not suffer with a head ache and take the next dosage. also what about relaxing and trying a cool or warm cloth on your head pending on what you like. i used to relax in a bath too when i had a bad headache towards the end of my pregnancy.
