UTI and Yeast Infection

I was having pains in my left hip area, i went to the doctor, had tounder go urine test and found I have UTI... I was given Cefalexin Exel for treatment 3x a day for 7 days.

im a bit worried, cause that's antibiotic, right? Isn't it harmful for my pregnancy? Im 21 weeks pregnant with my first baby. Plus, it causes yeast infection, right?

Any thoughts on this?

Also leaving an infection go will do more harm to ur unborn baby then taking the antibiotics

Oh, i hope it would turn out ok with you and your baby. I'm a bit scared as this is my first "non-hmo" baby, so i consider it my first and im really concerned.

If the dr knew you were preggo then the benefits outweigh the risks

There r some antibiotics that r safe to take im on my second round of antibiotics for a cold I cant get rid of that turned into bronchitis and im 27w3d
