UTI or no

About to be 19 weeks. i can't keep anything down, i'm nauseous all the time and im in pain above my belly button.
I went to the hospital, the nurse said it could be my gallbladder. But the Dr said its just a uti.
The pain is unbearable and I honestly don't think i can wait til tomorrow to see if the meds they gave me will help. I wanna go back to the hospital cause the dr said if the pain continues on Monday and i call my obgyn and they say i have to be admitted. Im scared and in pain and cannot sleep. Help.
