this really ***** I have been up all day literally but I cant sleep at all I think ill try to download a app with ocean sounds :) do yu guys think our babies are goin to be awake at night because of us ??? Thanks for all of the advice ladies

I have lots of trouble sleeping too, perfect example, it's 240 am and I am  bright eyes and wide awake, although I should be exhausted from working open to close all weekend and then being called in on my day off yesterday. Sometimes I find it helps to fall asleep on the couch first. I toss and turn a lot in bed and find it's easier to stay  in one position  on the couch. I sometimes read old textbooks too, or  I read a book that I can't quite get into, because reading tires me out now. Just  make sure that even if you aren't sleeping you lay down and relax so your body can be ready for the new day, even if your mind won't be.

Try getting a sound relaxed you can buy them at stores or get a free app on your phone it works amazing for nights when I can't sleep! It has sounds like rain the ocean a summer night and helps to shut off your mind I'm not one that typically likes stuff like that but it really works :)

Same here, just tell yourself it's a way of preparing you for after baby comes :)
