Ultrasounds?
I have an ultrasound soon and by then i will be 18 weeks so hopefully we can see the sex of the baby,, but do you ladies have any idea of what i can eat or do to get the baby active and moving?

If it's going to be your anatomy scan then don't go overboard on drinking the juice or cold water because they have to take lots of measurements and that can be hard if baby jumping all around. If they need the baby to move position they can tell you to do certain things to achieve that. Going toilet, touching toes etc.
Orange juice works for a lot of ladies.
