Uncomfortable at night

When I try to lay down at night I get horrible restless legs and it makes it almost impossible to fall asleep. Any suggestions?

Move your legs a bit, turn your ankle inwards towards your shin as much as you can and rest your legs on something higher like a pillow or something.. it doesn't take away the pain but makes it better...

I've only had one case of really bad leg cramps but other than that no leg pains. Just when I go to lay down I have to get up and start moving my legs. It's driving me insane lol

Do you ever get any pains in your legs? I developed sciatica during my pregnancy and dr told me there isn't much i can do. Wondering if this is the same?  I hope you feel better!
