Try doing prenatal yoga, really. After a couple days it made a huge difference for me.
Im so uncomfortable all the time. My back kills me all day and then I toss and turn as well at night. I dont know what to do. I also keep getting tightening in my back. I just want September to hurry up and get here
Well im not 28 weeks yet but I knoe what you mean this is my first im 26 weeks but hes measuring a week ahead n I toss anf turn all night because I just cant get comfortable. And with sitting to long it makes my upper back hurt
