Unisom

Has anyone taken this while pregnant to help you sleep? My doctor told me it's fine to take and to take it because I can't ever get any sleep. But.... I'm super paranoid about it.

i had to take it my first trimester, i had really bad insomnia but theres 2 kinds of unisom with 2 diff ingredients. My dr. told me not to take the gelcaps. make sure you get the unisom tablets with the ing, doxylamine succinate 25 mg. i got walmart brand called equate nighttime sleep aid and they worked good! i was asleep in 20 min and slept all night and was able to carry aboutmy day in the mornong. no drowsiness! hoe it works for you, my insomnia went away when i hit 15 weeks

Try childrens benadryl. Its safe to take and it makes me super tired. Adult benadryl doesn't though.

I'm not comfortable taking ANY medicine. I occasionally take Tylenol. The only reason I'm considering taking any now is because I literally only get about 3 hours of sleep a night. :/ ah, I guess I'll just try it and stop being so paranoid. Lol
