Ok so I am due in 4 days. I got a membrane sweep today and I am 4 cent. dialated and 75% effaced! I ate a whole pineapple! So lets see if I go into labor soon! I will keep you updated....

Oh good luck i had my membranes stripped at 39+2. the next day i went on a mile long walk went n2 labor that night had my LO @39+4. Staying active helps engage baby n helps u dialate so try to stay moving around.. Yay hope u meet ur bundle of joy soon.

Try the oragano and basil tea too!! Boil water put one teaspoon of each and let set for five minutes and drink!! Ive bern reading about it one the internet alot:)
