help me!!! leaking?? induction???

Ok I will be 40 weeks thursday, today and yesterday I noticed I was leaking pink watery discharge enough to make my panties wet and go through my pants it does not smell like urine so I'm confused. I called my Ob and had an appt 2day and its not my water leaking just discharge and I'm still stuck at 1cm.  We discussed about me being induced this weekend and I've been planning on it but now she says she wants to wait a day or two before thanksgiving...um no...my baby is already measuring over 7.5lbs and I want to be induced ASAP...I'm 5'4" pre-pregnancy I weighed 122 I now weigh 154...we were worried and still are that I won't be able to deliver vaginally my hips have stayed the same size before I became pregnant.  Now I have another appt on my due date to discuss induction date bc we don't want her to get any bigger and risk complications.  Can I explain to her that I still want to be induced this weekend...my family lives two hrs away and I don't want to go to thanksgiving dinner get there and oops my water broke.  I want my family to meet her and everything...so how can I compromise with her about the date?  I'm having contractions every 10mins and have been like this everyday for 2 weeks.  I'm uncomfortable, miserable and irritated with every little noise.   What can I do and I can't stand up bc the pressure in between my legs, if I move to fast I leak, if I cough I leak...Idk what to do I'm so angry and frustrated.  Please can someone help me!!

If that's what you want you should def talk to her. You have already done all you can for your baby and she will be fine if you have her now. If you know the risks of getting induced and all that and it's still what you want you should do it. Alot of doctors don't mind doing it after 39 weeks so yeah I think you should talk to her. No need to be miserable any longer!

Just explain to her that u have family out of town and u are afraid of going into labor while out of town and there is no need for u to miss thanksgiving because ur so far along. But if this is your first a word if advise I was in the same boat ur in I wasn't dialting and got induced and had to have a csection after 19 hours and made it to a 4. Patience is hard but being induced is harder. If u can I would wait...but believe me I understand 100% how bad u want that child out.
