Very Important

Hey! As a lot of pregnant women,I'm sure...Google is my bestfriend! lol Anyways,I was Googling 'I am 17 weeks pregnant and I get a lump in the lower part of my abdomen,is that the baby?" Well, unfortunatly,I couldn't really find what I was looking for so I tried "What should the position of the baby be at 17 weeks?"And you were the first one to pop up Virgo.Congrats!! :) I was wondering if it could be the babies head, one. And two,I get that quite a bit.(the lump in the lowest of the low part of my abdomen, right in the middle.I don't know honestly how big the babies head would be at this time but I still figured that is what it is.Also,I know it sounds kinda weird but, when I'm having an orgasm which causes a lot of tension of the abdomen, the lump comes, everytime.I was wondering if that causes the baby to move around since it's getting tight and tense down there in that area.Something else I don't quiet get is how do I not feel the baby turning into that position?Because the lump isn't there 100% of the time. So,I'm assuming that the baby isn't always in that position.Wouldn't you feel the baby turning? lol ; Sorry this is so long and probably sounds retarded. But please someone try and help. :)

Due : October 7th,2009 :)
Find Out what Im having : May 14th,2009

We are all thinking that It's going to be a boy.Is that probably the condition since the baby is always being felt in the lower part of my abdomen. That means the baby is staying low which always seems to be a boy. ;)

What you're feeling is most likely your uterus. You should be able to feel the top of the fundus (uterus) by now. I'm 15 weeks and can feel the same thing you're describing. This is my fifth pregnancy so out of experience I just wanted to say it's probably just the uterus.

By definition an orgasm is a uterine contraction. So when you orgasm and you feel that hard lump in the middle of your abdomen again, it's your uterus contracting.
